I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion and was experiencing alot of repair issues within the first 3 months and the car only had 36,000 miles. I was driving my old car more than my new car it seemed. I went back to the dealer where I purchased my "Certified Used Car" and asked to be compensated for for the inconvenience I had been put through but unfortunately my request was declined. Well, being a single mother, who has worked hard to have a newer used car for the last 8 years, I felt I was being cheated. So I went to Deborah Barron and showed her all I had been through since the purchase. Ms. Barron negotiated some terms and I received compensation that once again had me smiling in the drivers seat.
