Barre Nor Cal

I recently joined this studio in September, and I have fallen in love with the workout and the environment. The instructors keep you motivated and encourage you throughout the class. Even though it is a group workout, they work with each individual to ensure they are in the proper form and are performing the exercise correctly. They are very hands on and the environment is not intimidating, yet very encouraging! This feels like a true family. Each instructor knows you by name. They go above and beyond to make their customers feel special and appreciated. From hosting events, to having raffles, to sending you a birthday wish, to Christmas cards! It can not get better than this. I always tell my husband I have joined a little family, and I get excited to see everyone! Love this place! Absolutely amazing, and I do not have one bad thing to say!

I have been going to Barre Nor Cal since it opened. The atmosphere is so comfortable for all ages and all levels. I am probably one of the older clients but I am able to do the poses next to a much younger client and I have to say I am in the best shape I have ever been In. Megan and the staff are really like family. If you try it like I did you may just get addicted to this very rewarding workout.
