Bank of America Financial Center

After 20, yes 20 years with the bank we got a letter that they were closing the account but refused to tell why. The account never had any low balances ever. Never anything that was not appropriate and legal. We called and they absolutely refused to give a reason why the account was closing. To top it all off, they sent the letter to the wrong address. I called and called to make sure they send the check, with the proceeds of the account, to the right address. But, no, the idiots sent it to the WRONG address too. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Bank of America. Is this how to treat a loyal customer? Use their money for 20 years then crap on their face and not tell them why? I plan to never use this bank again for the rest of my life. I hope they go out of business.
