I too have had a similar horrible and negative experience as some of the others on here. A teller at this branch placed a 10 day hold on one of my employees banks and stated it was because "her boss doesn't have money". I bank with BBVA COMPASS so it would be impossible for a teller to know this. My employee become worried that our company didn't have money and nearly quit. I called Nancy Z. Gomez the branch manager and had the manager of my bank (BBVA COMPASS) confirm funds and demanded a explanation. Nancy said the computer system places the holds and there is nothing she could do. I warned her that I would be forced to share my negative experience with the community and she questioned whether I had the resolve and determination to follow through on my promise. This is me keeping my promise. In my opinion this is the worst bank and by far the worst Bank of America branch and Nancy should be reprimanded and retrained immediately or terminated!
