Banfield Pet Hospital

Don not take your pets to this location!!!!! The woman at the front desk Miriam is extremely rude and unprofessional, upon arriving a few minutes early I went in to tell her that I had arrived for my cats appointment and that I would be outside since there were dogs in the waiting room, and my cat does not react well to dogs. See do the right thing for my pet and the other pets in the office, a good thing. No according to the ever so rude Miriam. No she wouldn’t acknowledge that I was there until the exact time of my appointment. She said she would not even talk until the appointment time. Fast forward ten minutes to the scheduled appointment time, I check in with a still very rude Miriam and yes I will keep saying her name Miriam so that maybe corporate will do something about her . After checking in it was 30 minutes before she even sent our information back to the vet. If you want to be a stickler about appointment times Miriam then make sure that you are providing service at the time of the appointment. I will never use Banfield again and I will also continue to tell everyone via social media, Yelp, etc not to use this dive.
