If you are getting a passport come at 9 AM be prepared to sit for 4 hours. They close by 2 pm and often stop taking new people by 1PM It is hard to sit around young kids who have to be there but do not want to be. The process is government paperwork with their rules. They will take picture for you for extra fee.
