B-Z Dry Cleaners

Have used this cleaners long ago with no problem but this time was a nightmare! I took my granddaughters skirt to be altered (a ruffle removed from the bottom) then hemmed. It had an attached panty underneath that I said didn't need to be touched. Explained several times. It was needed to wear on a Fri so I went to pick up thurs afternoon as agreed upon. Apparently they use someone else for alterations and she had questioned the panty issue but no one even considered calling me. Obviously it was not ready and the lady who does the alterations was not there. I ended up hemming the skirt myself while my blood pressure soared. I will not use them again even if they were situated next door.
