Tomi Collins(the owner) is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was extremely honest and could have easily charged more or recommended parts that are more expensive but gave me an honest opinion of what I actually needed. He has done my kitchen renovation and he is going to be putting in my tankless water heater. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice guy who knows plumbing, that will never take advantage of anyone.
One story that stuck with me(if you can believe it) was that he recommended to another homeowner that they should get a smaller tankless water heater then the one recommended by their sales person and they decided to listen to the sales guy. He said he actually made more money installing the one they picked versus making less then the one he recommended. If that is not an honest guy saying he wished he could have made less money I don't know what is.
