AutoZone

My car was in my garage with a dead battery. Called Auto Zone. I simply needed to purchase a new battery and have it installed. No problem the guy said. He has a great battery for me and someone will install it. I got a jump start for my battery, drove to Auto Zone and purchased the battery. Guy came outside to install it. Then said he couldn't because it has four bolts and he is only allowed to undo two bolts. He said I must speak to the manager to get it done. The female manager on duty that day, Sunday August 13, has problems. She basically said they are not mechanics and she dismissed me. I returned the battery and was left in the parking lot with a dead battery and no assistance from Auto Zone. Never going there again and would recommend everyone else avoid that location at all costs.
