I didn’t mind waiting for 45 minutes for them to charge my battery (for free) so they could tell me I needed a new one. I figured I needed a new battery anyways and was skeptical when the associate said all it needed was a recharge. I guess they can’t tell if the battery is bad until after it’s charged, but I doubt it needed to be fully charged. That didn’t really bother me though. What bothered me was the associate selling me the incorrect battery for my car around closing time. The next day I returned to exchange the battery and no apology was offered nor was there apparent concern for their mistake.
