Walgreens

Major management problems. Last night pharmacist at window told me to come back in a few minutes. Came back later and sat at drive-thru window for half hour (literally) without being helped. I could SEE my prescription in a sack inside the window, but no one came to the window, even when I pushed the call button. Finally went inside, where it was nearly mayhem -- one clerk, one pharmacist, two people trying to get prescriptions that had been filled but were lost. I was in line with six people behind me. A couple of days earlier they lost my husband's filled prescription. and had to refill it while he waited. Chaos, angry customers, understaffed. And what's with all the lost meds? We will have to change pharmacies, after many years with Walgreens.

Called in a prescription and they said it would be done in 30 min. I went in 2 hours later and they told me to wait 20 minutes. I expressed that I was upset because I had called in hours earlier. They told me they had been on lunch at that time and it wasn't possible for me to have called. Pretty frustrating.
