Unless you have money to throw away, it is not worth the headache. Several problems on the property its an "OK" Building old and was cheaply renovated aka paint everywhere. However, they nickle and dime you for minor things or fabricated issues. The manager has no interest in what it is you have to say about anything... I would suggest looking at their yelp reviews even the not recommended ones.

The place is nice and mangers were good. However, if you're there and decide to leave - make sure you get an inspection done prior and do any fixes yourself, otherwise Kim with KLS will rip you off. I saw a lot of complaints about her on reviews, but didn't expect to be victim. Let's just say I was deducted $520 from my deposit for "cleaning and paint touch-ups".
