The were great. I used them thru my home warranty company. My washing machine was old and stopped working. They were professional and kept me informed while they worked on my machine. Thanks so much.

I had an appt for between 8 and noon for someone to come out no one showed up. Talked to Kevin and he said he is trying to get in touch with the tech now. I said a phone call would have been nice and he replied, "someone has to be first and someone has to be last" what crap for customer service, I have no idea when someone will get to my house , so much for a 4 hour wait time.
