Applebee’s Grill + Bar

I just got finished eating here. I have worked in restaurants for several years so i know how this works; what I saw was one server (our server Brenda) with several tables and a bartender doing nothing but reading and writing in a book. All we wanted was a decent greet and our drinks. It should have been a team effort “all hands on deck”
