The parmesan chicken looked better than it tasted which was disappointing because me and my wife were really craving it. The souce tasted like regular tomato souce from a can "yuck"!! And the customer service was not that great, when we got seated there was no utensils nor did we receive none untill the food got to our table. The only reason we got utensils is because we asked for them. The worst part is that both me and my wife left our food unfinished and we weren't even asked if we liked our food after being asked if we would like boxes to go. Applebee's was a disappointment.
