Needed a service issue with my hard drive… Had an appointment and waited only about 10 minutes before Mario ran a diagnostic. He quickly found the problem and rectified it with an easy software upgrade. Service would have ended there, except that I left my charger on accident and had to go back in. Hannah was able to confirm that I had left my charger, and immediately went to the back and recovered it for me. Two visits, two excellent customer service experiences!
