TERRIBLE. Just last night I had taken my dog in for one of her puppy shots. Something that should have been simple and easy was turned into the exact opposite. And here’s my experience. Last night we go in for a puppy shot. It’s about 5:00pm I would say, and there was no one else waiting with there animal. It took 22 minutes before the doctor called us in. So we are now waiting for the doctor to come with the shot, right before the doctor gives the shot I hear some lady say something along the lines “give the right shot” the doctor then leaves the room to give a different shot... the doctor was about to give the wrong shot to my dog! By this time he has corrected him self with the “right” shot. And goes to give it to my dog. My dog kinda moves half way through the shot and the needle comes out. The doctor then goes on saying it’s my dogs fault for moving. He then goes back in for the second Approach. The second time he did it my dog was screaming in pain. I don’t know much about giving shots, but I saw some air in that needle and i think you are suppose to have no air in the needle. After that we get in the car and leave. By the time we get home I realize she is wet around the areas of the shot, how much of the shot actually got in and how much just got pored all over her. Iam now living in a uneasy state of mind. I am worried my dog didn’t get what she needs. Words can not express the pain I feel. I want the best for my loved ones and I honestly feel this is not even close to the best. I shared this because no one told me what I was getting my self into, definitely do your research. Ohh and one more thing I don’t remember the doctors name. But if you are in the same room with a, white male with no hair and wears glasses, military tattoos on arms and a rude personality. Leave and go somewhere else

I have never had a problem with our vet at this place eveyone is super nice, they always answear all my questions and the prices are excellent, my dog was neutered here and it looks like his balls just disappeared has no scars of any type and the doctors are always gentle I have a mini schnauzer name Bruno and sometimes he goes for the day care too , he gets fed and all dogs are taken out several times a day to pee and to play, again the prices super reasonable and the advantage 24hr vet what more I can ask for !! We love this place !!

Very rude doctor, we've been taking our pets to this same place for 4 yrs and now we are going to look for a new clinic. I would definitely not recommend it because of the doctor. The ladies at the front are very nice thou.
