I am not a person who writes reviews but in this case its important to let others know what is happening to me at Angel Longevity. For a month now I have had financial issues with this office. I came in to get help with Hormone replacement therapy and was quoted a price on the phone for a 6 month inclusive program. When met with the doctor all seemed great and so was moving forward. When it came time to pay I was quoted a different amount of money a few hundred more a month. I put down a deposit because I wanted to make it work and I did necessary bloodwork. After a few days it was clear it was above my price range. I requested a refund and was told that as not a problem. It's been a month now and I am still not refunded. Calls are not returned and when I speak to someone they say their financial person is on vacation or he is sick. I was told three weeks ago that my check was in the office by a girl who has hence been fired. There have been other financial issues with my bloodwork and rudeness from staff. I have been very patient and have continued to be as kind as possible but this is beyond poor customer relations. Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and legitimate care.
