Now this an addition to my previous review. A day after the cooktop was connected, we had a gas leak. We called the gas company to report the leak, the gas company technician fixed the backward hose the was connected by Andrew Lauren’s installers. Avoid this company. If you are thinking of having work done by Andrew Lauren, pick another company. The communication with Angela at Andrew Lauren was near non-existent. We were told to replace our 4 angle stops, cooktop hose, dishwasher cap, and sink flange. We don't know what sizes to get. When asked, we couldn't get an answer. How many homeowners, who pay to have these things installed, know what size, style, etc. to get? When the workmen showed up, we had the wrong parts. Then we had to race to get the correct sizes etc. I will say, each of the workmen coming to the house did a FABULOUS job. Their workmanship was phenomenal. However, getting them to the site was a nightmare. I had to call the company numerous times to see when someone was coming to do the work. One time, workers showed up and we didn't know they were coming. Angela never called. Another Angela told us the workers would at the house at noon the next day, the evening before we got a call saying they would be there at 8am. We started the kitchen countertop replacement on Jan. 15th. It was just finished on March 26. We had no kitchen for 3 weeks. After the countertop was installed, we waited another 3 days for the guys to come to hook up the dishwasher, disposal, faucet, and cooktop. All but the cooktop was connected. Angela didn't tell the guys they needed to connect it even though we had already paid to have it connected. I finally lost it after two months of waiting for something to happen; it got to the point I was on the phone almost yelling at Angela to get going. My sister wants to redo her kitchen and bathroom and knows not to use this company.
