Anderson Tax filed my taxes for a couple of years they screwed up my 1031 exchange schedule which caused the IRS to audit me for that year. When I called for help on some records they said
" because you are not a returning customer we no longer have your file" that is the first time that I hear that, most CPA's will keep your record's regardless of you coming back to them or not. If I was still making $15,000 a year and was simple W2 employee I would probably use them but not if I own several properties and earn 6 figure income.
