They were very hands on making sure that I was comfortable with the shipping details and understood how the entire process worked. Pickup and delivery happened on time. I tipped the driver for a very careful job since the car didn’t get a single scratch to it. The only issue I run into was that car arrived so dirty that I could barely see through the windows
