I would not recommend anyone to live here! The management is always in your affairs, raising your space rent every year, demanding you make repairs to the outside of your mobile home every year and write you up for maintance issue.If you do not complete them in time they charge you fees. The Seniors in this park can not enjoy the grounds because of all the restrictions. The type of pets are restricted and not allowed on any grass areas. Beware of moving in here..I have only mentioned a few reasons why not to live here.
