Amazing Lash Studio

The actual workers are amazing and very kind but the manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He does not put the paying clients first and will barely acknowledge you. He purposely fits in appointments when there isn’t enough time and cause people with already scheduled appointment to change times. I’ve never had an appointment there that wasn’t changed last minute due to the fact that they call me and ask me to come earlier or later. I feel as a high school student I was taken advantage of and given different stylists than I was promised. When I cancelled my membership he wasn’t going to give me a copy of the paper saying it was cancelled. I had to ask which is very unprofessional. If they were to fire the very unwelcoming manager and replace him with a hardworking one I’d be happy to come back.
