Left work an hour early, really looking forward to this afternoon with my older teen daughter. She's looking forward to it also. Arrive. "Oh, we only have one of you down for appointment".Really? THEY had called me rescheduled "the person you were scheduled with doesn't work here anymore". Waited 5 weeks for this rescheduled appointment time - when we could BOTH be seen. Now, I'm killing 90 minutes waiting in the courtyard. Drove in traffic, grouchy, bored, no shared experience. It's not close to our home. No accountability , just: "we can reschedule you, what's your problem" attitude.
