I called for help because of the smell of burnt rubber in my washer which also wasn't spinning. I assumed a bad belt. When I called around 8:30 am and was given a time for a tech visit between 9-12. 30 minutes later I received a knock and here was the technician who quickly made the diagnosis and replaced the belt. He had a little trouble with his access which was hard to understand, but he did good work. Though he was here only about 30 minutes, my bill was around $177. But there charges begin when they start driving to your place. So, though I thought the charges were high, the service and speed made it worth while.
