We recently took our car here to have a window and a windshield replaced. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the rubber seal at the base of the window looked horrible. It was bent and did not press right up against the window. When my husband called someone out to look at it they got mad and said that it was fine. Another worker came out and said "Oh yeah, remember xxxx, had a really hard time with this window." The other man told this one "Shhhhhhh, be quite." So extremely unprofessional. We ended up dealing with our insurance and they were able to get it fixed correctly. The windshield was also not installed correctly. It whistled when you drove above 55mph. I understand sometimes things don't go right the first time, but you take care of the customer and correct your mistakes. That is a part of running a successful business.
