The attitude of this one sales representative (Matthew) is just horrible. He just was completely rude in handling a return for me. This is why I shop online to save myself from the stupidity and rudeness of the employees. Never will I come back to this department at the Beverly Center even if the guy (Matthew) isn't working there any more. He doesn't know how to shut his mouth. He has too much attitude, like a girl, to be handling things. He doesn't know how to hold his composer and remain professional with all kinds of peoples (age, race, gender). Oh well, another bad experience on a day I thought would be so simple at a store to do a return. Attitude is everything.
