I mailed 4 letter packages on Jan.2, 2016, all with tracking numbers. Three made it to the post office, one did not. It is nowhere, and cannot be tracked. I called the mail center and spoke to Dan. For three consecutive says, he told me that he will call me back to provide me an update- which he never did- I am having to call him always- just show that this mail center does not really care about our packages. I lost my package and some valuable merchandise, paid for a service which I never got, and no one from the store cares to call me to offer an explanation. I am going to report this company to the business bureau. Needless to say, this situation continue to upset me. And it upsets me to think that I will have to call them again- which exposes me to another very uncomfortable and stressful situation.
