I went in to get an estimate for a minor fender bender I had been in and I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn. First impression, organized, clean and professional environment. The gal at the front desk had a very friendly and welcoming demeanor, I later found out that her name was Desiree. In the short 15–20 minutes I was there, Shawn had performed a very thorough check-out of my damaged bumper and had given me a detailed, line-by-line professionally printed summary of the damage. I walked out of there knowing that if i had gone anywhere else, i would've been setteling for less than the best!! I will definitley be keeping their business card for future use, if need be.
