Knowledgeable, friendly, and, more importantly, very helpful. Apparently, they have a pretty good supply of parts too. They had what I needed in stock. One day to get something not in stock. If you can't fix it, they have an extensive selection of new.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This business doesn't know how to communicate with the customer, let alone leave a receipt when finished with job. I asked them to call me because my refrigerator broke, they said they will get back with me the next business day, I had to call again 4 days later, they didn't even have a record I called, after the job is done, the owner calls and says with an attitude that it's my fault the refrigerator broke again. When they were there to fix it 2 days ago!
