This was absolutely the best experience i have ever had with a mechanic. I brought my car in with what i was told was a transmission problem. They worked on Christmas Eve to determine it was actually a very minor, non-transmission problem and fixed it right away. They charged me only the basic diagnostic fee and saved me loads of money. They were incredibly nice, super honest and absolutely made our holiday wonderful. I would highly recommend Jim and his team for any car problems you might have. They are good people and talented mechanics. I will come here any time i need anything for my car (transmission or not).
