AAA Gilroy

Had a great experience with Patrick for insurance but some of the girls in office are not very customer service oriented. Had a few occasions where they came off rude to a point where I felt as if I needed to be defensive. Shouldn't have to feel defensive when just trying to get some assistance. Gave 2 stars because Patrick was very nice, he deserved more but some of the girls deserve no stars.
