I have an Specialty vehicle. It’s a Mercedes 309D van. If you have a normal vehicle this probably doesn’t apply to you. I signed up with AAA specifically for this vehicle and didn’t imagine the headache that came with it. I don’t imagine I will continue with AAA after this year is over. My vehicle wouldn’t start and it’s 4 blocks from the mechanic. 5 times in 24 hours they requested the wrong sized tow truck after I passionately expressed that I have a large vehicle that needs special consideration. I wasn’t able to stay the night with the vehicle so I drove 45 min home over the snowy mountain. I had to drive back here this morning and after hours of phone time with them I’m still sitting here waiting for them. So frustrating that their system doesn’t include or consider my special needs in this matter. So much wasted time and gasoline and missed days of work and delaying the mechanic work. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if I was far from home. Which is why I chose AAA for the security of having support when I need them on long far out road trips. I will be researching a company that is RV specific. Wish me luck.

Normally I have had great service at this location in the past. The visit on 2/26 however was a memorable visit for all the wrong reasons. The lady at the front counter happliy greeted the guest in front of me as well as the guest after me but for some reason not me. As the first point of contact with the representative, I did not feel welcomed or valued. Once I was called to review my policy loan for both my auto & home, the visit became such that I felt it needed voicing. The woman who was supposed to assist me in ensuring my policy was working for me handled the entire conversation in a demeaning, condescending tone. I wanted to know why my policy had gone up just under $300 dollars this past year. I am not sure if she thought I was easily bullied but she offered no effort in ensuring my policy was up to date, or ways to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. I was treated as though I was wasting her time & once again of no value. I am very sad to have referred so many friends & family to the Eureka branch for their insurance needs.
