Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a tow company including their so called manager who not once apologized for his driver. The Driver not once asked what was wrong with the vehicle before trying to pull it onto the flat bed and to top it off was talking on his ear piece (phone) the entire time. Manager is denying his worker was on the phone as well. Now I’m in need to futhur this issue because the driver denied service once he knew he messed my vechile up more than it was, and left very quickly leaving my 5 year old daughter and I on the road. 45mins later the same exact tow truck came and successfully towed my vechile no issue. Legal action will be taken now. Do not work with them. Lazy, uneducated, disrespectful people working for this company.
