Recently bought a car and they have helped me every step of the way! from help regarding down payment, how to help my credit and any question I had. AL is a great guy. I bought a used 2009 corolla. after 2 months the ac quit working, I know I had signed the as is buyer guide, but I called them. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM BRING IT IN. THEY REPLACED THE CONDENSER AND GOT MY AC FIXED WITHIN 3 HOURS. I thought I was going to pay half, they said just refer us a customer (I immediately send in my sister since she was looking for a car too) she left with a 2012 Altima that is 100% under warranty. I couldn't be happier. to the customer with a bad experience it seems you simply don't wish to pay. call them, they might help you as they did me. I just called and talked, they didn't fuzz out or scream at me. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me (I have 8 months so far with the car, I had 2 flat tires, and ac issue and dealer fixed, love my car) (sister has 5 months, had a check engine light, Nissan took car of it 100%)
