I will think twice before stopping here for coffee. I had informed the cashier that their coffee were all cold and if they could please make a new batch. He informed me that he can not make it until is more than half finish. He even sugested for me to heat it up in the microwave. I did tried to explain again that the coffee was cold and there was no fresh coffee available. He still denied to make a fresh batch of hot coffee. Good thing there was a Starbucks 6 min away, with great customer service.
