It use to be that you could get the store address, go and talk to someone. Now you have no address, you call some call center "God only know's where that is" and try to explain you just want to stop in and look at some blinds. I have to go to their competition, as they really don't want you coming into their stores apparently. This is a far cry from my last experience, when I went in, had measurements, and had blinds installed within about a week to 10 days. Where did that company go??
