1st Rate Rentals

WARNING TO ALL RENTERS My family lived in a home managed by them for 4 years. I garentee you the landlord or home owner didn't know half of the things that were going on in the home, like bad electrical wiring, the beat up fence in the backyard that they so called themselves fixing, the termite infested patio area, in which their repair came and made a lot smaller than its original size, the effort of landscape rejuvenation we did, the horrible paint job, and the broken air conditioner. We've recently moved out the house is now on the market, if you're a renter looking in riverside county, Moreno Valley, scroll right on pass Ponce De Leon Drive, cause stop and try and look at it, your asking for a whole lot of trouble to enter your life. If your considering going with first rate rentals, you're asking for a lot more bs to enter your life so this is a message for you fellow renters, stay the hell away from them, give them some time to get their true priorities of property management in order first. Most definitely stay away from them if you're looking to have your home managed for rent, you're better off looking after your own home by yourself, that if anything ever happened at the house and you know and you don't do nothing about it, you're in the wrong to have people renting your home like that, but when your middle man (first rate rentals) and they're doing that it's not your fault and it's them, people who don't care about the wellbeing of your home because they didn't buy it with their credit, you successfully did. So in conclusion, the real estate associates of first rate rentals claim themselves to be professional, pleasant, and "do it right" kind of people... Although, I found them to be careless, rude, disrespectful, unkind, and down right wrong for their many flase claims
